Theatre - love at first sight

Dear colleagues, artists and dear friends of the art of theatre,

Today we celebrate the power of the living word and the magic born under the lights of the spotlights. For decades now, 27 March has been the day on which the whole world bows before the temple of Melpomene. Theatre is not merely a building or a performance – it is a mirror of the soul, a bridge between the ages and a shared emotion that makes us better.

We thank you, our faithful audience, for being part of this magic evening after evening. We also thank everyone behind the scenes who puts their heart into the art. May our halls always be full, and the applause – well deserved!
